This warranty applies to Ultimate Tyre Pty Ltd tyres for a maximum period of five years (60 months) from the date of manufacture. This warranty is for the exclusive benefit of the original purchaser and is not assignable. This warranty will not apply if the tyre has been improperly installed, altered, repaired or retreaded. Only Ultimate Tyres, has the authority to remedy compensation under this warranty or to modify provisions within it. Any tyre may fail or be rendered unserviceable due to conditions beyond the control of the manufacturer. Under no circumstances is this warranty a representation that a tyre failure cannot occur. To the extent permitted under law \u2013 Ultimate Tyres Pty Ltd hereby excludes all incidental, punitive & consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of time, loss of profit, loss of use of vehicle, personal injury or death. Ultimate Tyres Pty Ltd disclaims any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.<\/span><\/p>\n

This Ultimate Tyre Pty Ltd Warranty is subject to, but is not limited to, the following exclusions:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Tyre purchased more than sixty months from the date of manufacture.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Irregular wear or damage due to road hazards (cut separations, cuts, impact brakes, punctures, flex brakes, snags), misuse, improper mounting, misapplication, improper inflation, overloading, negligence, excessive speed, running flat, use of non-approved rims, defective brakes and\/or shock absorbers, chain damage, misalignment and\/or imbalance of wheels\/rims, chemical action, fire, collision, willful damage or damage caused by the mechanical condition of the vehicle.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Tyres <\/span>operated in excess of their TMPH or TKPH ratings<\/p>\n

\u2022 Tyres<\/span> operated in applications exceeding the equipments recommended capabilities.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Tyres<\/span> with improperly seated beads.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Tyres<\/span> that have failed due to materials added after market.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Claims for rapid or uneven tread wear are not covered by this Limited Warranty<\/p>\n

\u2022 Cost of disposal of warranted tyre<\/span> Cost of disposal is the responsibility of the customer.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Use of solid type fill voids all warranties.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Any modifications to the tyre such as regrooving, relugging, etc. void all warranties.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Costs associated with the repair of tyres are not covered under warranty unless given prior approval by Ultimate Tyre.<\/p>\n
